We require full payment on placement of order. In exceptional circumstances a 50% deposit may be acceptable on order. The outstanding balance is due before the goods can be despatched. (Please allow 5 working days for the funds to be cleared) The goods remain the property of this company until full payment has been received.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
All goods are checked before leaving our warehouse in full working order. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in transit. Please check the goods before signing or sign ‘unchecked’ & check them within 24 hours. (FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES NOTIFICATION MUST BE MADE IN WRITING TO THIS OFFICE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY.) We shall make every effort to contact you before delivery. Should you require a different delivery address, to that on the invoice, please advise as soon as possible.
Refunds will only be made if the goods are returned undamaged within 28 days of delivery. We reserve the right to deduct for restocking and delivery where appropriate.

CUSTOM MADE GOODS
No refunds are offered on these goods.
We do not undertake any fitting work, but we can provide names of self-employed installers in the London area. Fitting should be carried out by a certified gas fitter on the Gas Safe Register. An installation certificate should be obtained from the fitter to ensure that the installation complies with all current regulations. These fitters are self-employed and we cannot take responsibility for their workmanship.
Gas fires should be serviced annually to ensure continued safe working of the installation. We can provide names of self-employed gas engineers in the London area if required.
The yellow flame emitted by the burner, will inevitably produce a certain amount of carbon. This will lead to a degree of carbonisation on the fire objects. Generally this can be sanded or brushed off (do not wash). Some discolouration of the fire objects will occur over time but this does not detract from the overall appearance of the fire.

We may use code within our e-newsletter template to identify which messages you have opened and which links you have clicked on within it to better tailor any future communications.
Access to your information and opting out
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information that we hold about you, to correct any inaccuracies in that information or ask us to delete such records. If you would like to have a copy of this information, please contact email@example.com. If you find any inaccuracies we will correct them immediately. If you ask us to delete your records we will destroy all of your personal information that we hold in our files.
