- At the feasibility stage of the project advising on design options and implications
on specification and construction detailing.
- Producing detailed designs or suggesting modifications to design proposal up
to tender or contract stage.
- Working as a subcontractor within the parameters of a JCT contract and
providing a service agreement for annual maintenance after project completion.
